1. Who we are
LevyAgent ("LevyAgent", "we", "us", "our") is a product of Lume Systems LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Lume Systems"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit levyagent.com (the "Site") or sign up for our waitlist.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we collect the contents of that communication.
- Information collected automatically. Standard server logs and basic analytics: IP address, user agent, page URLs, referrer, timestamps. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and to understand demand by region.
- Cookies. We use only the cookies strictly necessary to operate the Site and remember your form submission. We do not currently use advertising cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
3. How we use information
- To notify you when LevyAgent opens in your county.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To measure interest, prevent abuse, and improve the Site.
- To comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data based on your consent (waitlist signup), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, product development), or to comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
- Service providers who help us operate the Site (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contracts that require appropriate confidentiality and security.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data retention
Waitlist emails are retained until you ask us to remove them or until the waitlist closes plus a reasonable archival period. Server logs are retained for a limited operational window.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict processing; or to withdraw consent. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise any right, email privacy@lumesystems.com. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
You may unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any message we send, or by emailing us.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
