Pre-launch placeholder. These terms govern your use of the LevyAgent waitlist site only. Full product terms (including any service agreement, fees, and dispute resolution provisions) will be published before LevyAgent becomes generally available and will require your acceptance at that time.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using levyagent.com (the "Site") or submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). The Site is operated by Lume Systems LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Lume Systems", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.

3. Waitlist only

The Site is currently informational and operates a waitlist. LevyAgent is not yet generally available. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship, a guarantee of access, or any obligation by us to provide services.

4. No professional advice

Information on the Site (including average savings, success rates, and county data) is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and is not a guarantee of any specific outcome. Property tax appeals depend on facts unique to each property, county rules, and deadlines. The Site and all content (text, graphics, logos, marks, software) are owned by Lume Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. "LevyAgent" and the LevyAgent logo are trademarks of Lume Systems LLC. No license is granted except for the limited right to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from us about LevyAgent, including launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LUME SYSTEMS LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lume Systems LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration will be the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
